How can I enable support access to my account?
- Log into your Logz.io account. (http://app.logz.io)
- Click on the Cogwheel in the top right corner.
- Click on the "User Mangement" menu option. NOTE: If this option does not exist this means you are not an administrator on the account.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the User Management screen.
- Click on the checkbox next to "Enable support access" option.
