PRO customers receive overage protection that ensures that their accounts will remain uninterrupted if they occasionally exceed the plan's limit. If this happens up to three times per month, customers will not be charged for it. Starting on the fourth time within a monthlong period of time that the limit is exceeded, the overage quota rate shall be applied.
